In the spring of 2023, we launched a community cupboard, in memory of the late Don Dickson. Don was a long-time member of our church family who believed in helping his fellow man.

If you have a bit extra, please consider leaving something in the cupboard or bring larger donations into the church. Someone who may be food challenged will definitely appreciate the gift.

The cupboard depends on donations from parish and community members. A dedicated team of volunteers restock the contents daily with everything from water and snacks to canned foods and feminine products.

Image the surprise when our volunteer opened the cupboard one day to add items and found six cans of vegetable soup with another six of chicken noodle, plus noodle packets on top. Thank you to our anonymous donor!
